Online Redemption:
- At the checkout page, enter your eGiftCard code (up to 5 eGiftCards can be used in a single transaction). Shop Online Now!
- Enter the OTP corresponding to each eGiftCard as prompted
- Once eGiftCards are validated, the total value of the eGiftCards will be applied as “eGiftCard Payment Received”

In-store Redemption:
- Visit any of the COURTS stores in Singapore. Available locations here.
- Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter
- Present your eGiftCard(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilised before payment is made
- Once the cashier scans your eGiftCard(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP. Share this with the cashier.
- Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard(s), redemption is completed.
